I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was friendly and the lunch was quite enjoyable, the room left much to be desired with outdated furniture and unpleasant smells. Additionally, the location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining options were disappointing, particularly the breakfast, which affected our enjoyment of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating. The room was in terrible condition with old furniture and an awful smell. On the flip side, I did enjoy a delicious lunch one day and found the staff helpful despite some communication issues. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the basilica and charming shops. Overall, I was very disappointed, particularly with the room and dining experiences.
